Hey friend,
Have you ever noticed how some people on LinkedIn always seem to have something happening for them?
A new opportunity.
A recruiter reaching out.
A coffee chat that magically turns into an interview.
For the longest time, I thought those people were just… lucky.
But the more I paid attention, the more I realized something I honestly didn’t want to admit:
They weren’t lucky… They were CONSISTENT
Most of us treat LinkedIn like some kind of emergency exit.
We only run to it when we’re stressed, overwhelmed, or suddenly desperate for something to change.
We show up in short bursts, posting once, sending a handful of connection requests, maybe trying to network for a week and then disappearing again the moment life feels “normal.”
And then we’re confused when nothing really comes from it.
But the people who seem to “effortlessly” attract opportunities?
They’re not superhuman… and they’re definitely not doing everything perfectly.
They’re just showing up in small, consistent ways that keep them on people’s radar.
And that’s the part no one talks about.
Consistency isn’t glamorous, it doesn’t get applause.
But it quietly builds something most people never get to experience:
Momentum.
And if you want LinkedIn to work for you (not just when you’re job hunting, but all the time) then you need to start building momentum as soon as possible.
Not sure how?
