Hey friends,
I hope you’re taking things a little slower right now.
Sleeping in. Seeing people you care about. Letting your brain unclench from the rest of the year.
If that’s you, good.
You don’t need to be “on” during the holidays.
I’m a big believer that rest isn’t just a break, it’s part of how you move forward.
The quieter things get, the easier it is to hear what actually matters to you.
And believe me, the people who kick off the new year with the most momentum aren’t the ones grinding through the holidays…
It’s the people who allowed themselves to take a step back and evaluate what they truly want.
Because once January hits, things get loud again.
And that’s where most people lose momentum before they even build it.
So if you do one thing before the year ends, let it be this:
Decide what you want to achieve in 2026..
More visibility?
More recruiter conversations?
A clearer professional identity?
A job that actually excites you?
You don’t need to act on it yet, you just need to name it.
We’ll talk more about the “how” soon.
Enjoy the holidays 🤍
